TrenVantage Affiliate Agreement

Effective Date: By requesting or using an affiliate code

1. Purpose

TrenVantage is an educational and research tool for trade analysis and charting signals only. TrenVantage does not provide investment advice. Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive right to promote TrenVantage and earn commissions from sales generated through their affiliate code.

2. Independent Contractor

Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of TrenVantage.

3. Legal & Compliance

Affiliate agrees to promote TrenVantage legally and ethically:

• Do not promise guaranteed profits or results.
• Do not present TrenVantage as financial advice.
• Always include a clear FTC affiliate disclosure when posting content.
• Affiliate creative freedom is allowed as long as promotion is lawful and truthful. Provider may request removal of content creating regulatory risk.

4. Commissions & Payment Terms

• Baseline Discount: 10% off the product for end users using the affiliate code.
• Commission: 25% of the discount value (calculated as 25% of $ saved by user).
• Subscription Rules:
  • Monthly subscriptions: commission applies as long as discount is active (e.g., first 6 months).
  • Annual subscriptions: commission applies each year if discount code is used.
  • Upsells / Upgrades: if a user purchases another discounted product using the affiliate code, commission applies again.
  • Provider may adjust commission via individual addenda for strategic affiliates.
• Payment Cycle: [insert monthly/quarterly]
• Refunded transactions reduce commission accordingly.

5. Termination

• Affiliate may terminate at any time.
• Provider may terminate access at any time for misconduct, regulatory risk, or unethical promotion.
• Upon termination, affiliate must stop using the code immediately.

6. Trademark & Branding

Affiliate may use TrenVantage brand assets only to promote the product. No claims of ownership are permitted.

7. Liability

Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Acceptance

By requesting and/or using a TrenVantage affiliate code, Affiliate agrees to all terms in this Agreement.

FTC Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must include this disclosure when promoting TrenVantage:

“I may earn a commission if you use my code or link to purchase TrenVantage. Using my link gives you a discount and supports my work at no extra cost to you.”

Affiliates should place this in a visible location: video description, bio, social post, or website.
