You agree to a perpetual NDA:You may not disclose, leak, describe, document, or publish any proprietary logic, code, math, signal procedure, or internal rule-set of TrenVantage to any other 3rd party. You may not discuss internal logic publicly or with competing devs. Any public content you create that references TrenVantage must not disclose any internals. Violation is IP violation + breach of NDA. .
TrenVantage is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its services.

Any such delay or failure shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement and We shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of tiem to perform its obligations.
